The crown jewel of Red Sun, Project: Titan puts even Von Bolt's Black Crystal scheme to shame. Project: Titan was a massive undertaking for its time, and still would be today.
Purpose[]

Project: Titan was meant to level the playing field against allied COs. Using a series of transmission satellites around the globe, Fhalkyn's plan was to send enormous amounts of a radiation, designed to eliminate the gene responsible for causing CO powers and abilities... permenantly. Only those within Titan's massive, lead-lined facility would be safe.
Unless someone spontaneously invents cold fusion, Project:Titan will never be operational, due to the enormous amount of power required to fuel its operation. Red Sun only managed it by draining the power out of thousands of Fhalkyn clones.
During the War[]
During the war, Titan was never activated,so it is unknown if it would work (Sonia put the odds at between 93% and 99% chance of working.) However, when pylons designed to expunge "dirty" energy were destroyed, the facility exploded, draining every CO of power, albeit temporarily. Slowly, as time went on, CO powers began to return.
Current Status[]
Titan was left in ruins, and was inhabited by Patients seeking a new home. Currently, Black Hole is rebuilding it. The land, water, and skies around Titan were poisoned when the facility exploded, turning the once-pristine landscape into a hellish vista of bloodlike water and crimson skies.
